Spenser & Kirsten were the sweetest couple! I fell in love with her tender, romantic style that seemed to melt right into her beautiful skin along with her soft-spoken voice. We met early on over coffee to discuss her style. She wanted lush, deep but feminine colors for her wedding… handfuls of flowers that seemed to creep into the scenery for herself, and wild, more subtle pastels for her girls. She chose one of my favorite upcoming trends, mixing two textures of ribbon in her bouquet - hand-dyed silk and crushed velvet in blush and burgundy. We custom ordered them to match her theme from my favorite ribbon maker - Paperie & Silk. In the flush of Autumn, I was able to fill her bouquets with dinner-plate dahlias from my garden (including the celebrity creamy colored one - Cafe Au Lait), lots of antique garden roses and white snowberries to make it unique! When it came to her ceremony arch, we couldn’t do anything but lavish to encapsulate her style! Romance seeped out of the lushness of flowers that hung above their heads while they said their vows. Kuirsta & Seth captured the beauty and love exquisitely within the stunning Pete Dye Golf Club where they danced the night away under a floral chandelier.
